In the area of surface treatment
Galvanising with subsequent passivation is the most widely used and most cost-effective process in metal finishing.
The fully automated systems guarantee absolutely consistent and precisely reproducible galvanising quality – economically with optimal conservation of natural resources.
The electrodeposited zinc-nickel alloy (12-15 % nickel) has become established above all in areas that have to be extremely corrosion-resistant due to high temperature stress.
By post-treatment with selected TOPCOATS, it is possible to significantly increase corrosion resistance and media resistance.
