Conversion coatings chromium(VI)-free
Cleaning of aluminum
The characteristics of aluminium surfaces can be improved exactly by depositing of a conversion coating. In this process, the non-uniform oxide film of the AL-surface is removed and replaced by a defined thin and resistant conversion layer.
The applied layers meet the requirements of the EU End of Life Vehicles Directive.
- Improved corrosion protection
- Excellent adhesion primer for paints and varnishes
- The formation of the natural oxide layer is inhibited by the application of this extremely thin layer
- These layers are an excellent basis for subsequent processes:
- Welding
- Paint
- Glue
- Vulcanize
- Environmentally friendly process
