With the processes Alupass 200 (Gardoclean 299) und Alupass 400 (Alodine 2040 / Bonderite MNT 2040) about 25.000 tons per year of aluminum components can be cleaned and passivated.

These processes are perfect suitable to prepare the components for subsequent processes such as welding, gluing, painting.

Especially, large structural components made of die cast aluminum as longitudinal chassis beams and front shock towers of automobile bodies or aluminum body panels like complete side frames or roofs of a car can be efficiently coated in high volumes.

By the new coating line Holder enlarges consistently the activities in the field of lightweight design and complements the existing range of processing options for aluminum such as cleaning, passivation, anodizing and hard anodizing.
